At roroyan.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase! Since our products are made-to-order through Printify, we have specific return guidelines:

• No Returns for Size Issues or Change of Mind: All products are custom-made upon ordering. Please ensure you check the size guide before completing your purchase, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily offer a replacement or refund. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear, undergarments, and custom designs are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

• Refunds: Once your return or replacement is approved, we’ll process it within 5-7 business days.

• Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. All other return requests will not have shipping fees refunded.
